Welcome to Elevon Luxury Transportation & Experiences (“Elevon,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a reservation, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Reservations & Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Bookings must include accurate pickup/drop-off details, passenger information, and payment details.
We reserve the right to refuse service if information provided is incomplete, fraudulent, or violates our policies.
2. Rates & Payment
Rates are provided at the time of booking and may include base fare, wait time, tolls, parking fees, and gratuity.
Payment is required via approved methods (credit card, debit card, or cash, where applicable).
Credit card pre-authorization may be required before confirming service.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations made more than [48 hours] before scheduled pickup: no charge.
Cancellations within [48 hours] of pickup: subject to a cancellation fee of [50% of the Flat Rate].
No-shows (failure to appear at pickup location): full fare will be charged.
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
4. Service Rules
Smoking, illegal substances, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Alcohol consumption is permitted only where allowed by law and must not interfere with driver safety.
Damage to vehicles caused by passengers will be charged to the booking party.
5. Delays & Liability
Elevon is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
While we strive to be punctual, we do not guarantee arrival times.
We are not liable for missed flights, events, or appointments resulting from unforeseen delays.
6. Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings.
Elevon is not liable for lost, stolen, or forgotten items left in vehicles.
7. Limitation of Liability
Elevon’s liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Privacy
Personal data collected during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Massachusetts state courts.
10. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective upon posting.
